Your first session is a welcoming space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Your therapist will explain how therapy works, learn about your history and current concerns, and help you set goals. You’re encouraged to ask questions and share at your own pace.

We offer individual therapy for young adults, adults, and older adults. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Attachment-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, MBCT, EFT, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
