Your first session is a welcoming space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Your therapist will explain how therapy works, learn about your history and current concerns, and help you set goals. You’re encouraged to ask questions and share at your own pace.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. Information shared in therapy is confidential and protected by law, with a few exceptions related to safety or legal requirements. Your therapist will review confidentiality policies with you during your first session.
